"The only fast food establishment in Killeen that is actually fast. Granted, I order ahead through the app and usually just order drinks, but I’m sitting in the stall less than 1 minute every-time I go. The staff has always been friendly and prompt. You can’t go wrong with 1/2 price drinks at any time in the app! I will go out of my way to go to this specific location."

"This Sonics in Killeen is by far one of the best. I think the manager (the mature gentleman inside) is great. This morning, 25 Oct 24, they had a problem with their egg delivery. He went above and beyond to ensure his customers had eggs in the morning. He sent someone to Sam's to buy two 15 dozen cases just so he can have eggs available for his customers... Good job, manager. Your workers are the most polite too. Thank you."

"Food 5/5: Food came out accurate. Service 3/5: takes a while at night. Wasn't sure if the drive-thru speaker was broke at first, then we were parked for so long that I shut off the vehicle before someone came to retrieve payment. They brought the food at as they came to receive payment. I don't go to Sonic very often, so I'm not sure if that's standard protocol."

"We visit this one stop drink shop all the time. It's always fun experimenting with new drink flavors, though I am sad watermelon is no longer an option. Staff has been friendly so far and the speed of service is fairly quick. The busy hours are slower of course but that is to be expected. Food has been great and if something gets messed up they get is fixed and are understanding. That's a plus. The location isn't bad either, it's not hard to find or to get into. (Not counting traffic)"

"The food was excellent as always no matter which location I go to. The service was fast and friendly. Although the speaker or microphone in the stall taking the order needs to be replaced or something because it was very hard for the person to hear us. It took longer for our order to be taken because of that than it did for us to receive our order."
